Breast Revision – Breast Lift with Existing Implants*

This patient had a waterfall deformity, which occurs when the patient has a low nipple position and implants are placed without performing a surgical breast lift. This created a look of the breast "waterfalling" off of the implant. To correct this, Dr. Sanchez kept the existing implants in place and performed a mastopexy to tighten the breast envelope and move the nipple back to the center of the breasts.
