This patient underwent breast augmentation surgery over 10 years ago, then had multiple pregnancies. Pregnancy increased skin excess and skin laxity, and caused a waterfall deformity with existing implants. To correct this, Dr. Sanchez exchanged her implants and performed a breast lift.
